How do you get them. I have my tama at 381 points i still dont have one. And doese it evolve right after you the certen amount of points.

And my tama is that nija guy so please help me!

Well they way to get a Universal Teen/And or Adult mostly results from low skill points, neglect (bad care), and/or over feeding it.

I think perhaps you are meaning "Special Adults" not "Universal Adults".

The ninja guy is gozarutchi and he is a Universal Adult on the V4

The link to the growth chart that Locky458 gave you shows how to get each of the Special Adults from the 3 different family groups.

I don't know if you can get a special adult with a Gozarutchi - but I doubt it.

It depends which group your teen was in. If it was a Mame teen (Young Mame/Young Androtchi) then you might try to get a Tensaitchi with very high pencil skills. If it was a Kuchi teen (Young Kuchi / Oniontchi) you might try to get a Nonbiritchi with very high flower points.
