help. faulty egg

my tama and my sisters tama wont connect. there both V2s so mi dont get it. we went 2 the rite place, we clicked on the heart, then we selected v2 playmate then both present and game (we tryed it 2 times). wat is going on?? can sum1 help pleeze? i dont know if the machine is messed up or if it's my sisters machine i dont have any other tamas 2 try it with. reply soon. it's frustrating me.

go on presant, when it says stand by press the middle button on one of the tamas and they will both say connect.
