HELP! How to get a Furawatchi

HELP! i currently have a ufotchi. 2 years old, and 7 training bars. The hungry and happy metres are always kept at full as well, will i get a furawatchi??

That's how I got mine so yes you should get one. I was a Yu-Fotchi when I turned into the Furwatchi but I had full training bars but I'm sure you'll still get him if you keep taking care of his hearts.
