Ok, first, what Tamagotchi do you have? I could help you maybe if I knew that much, and what do you mean by can't accept training? you can't catch it?

Well it depends if you mean training for version 5 5.5 well you click the first option on the bottom of the screen and you can pick one of the three of the options whether it be flower's or music so yer and then the bond will become stronger and it will determine which character you get hope i helped

The version I think you are asking about is version 5 and 5.5 I am not sure if the v6 music star needs training but that are the versions for training is you have any other problems you should look at the instruction sheet under the training icon and it should sort out any problems with training and family bonds and everything like that.
