When I get Internet Protection on my computer,

I really want to make my own website! And maybe a forum attached to it. My Mum is going to help me with it, but how old are you supposed to be? And what website is best for creating stuff?

I have seen people on TT as old as me, saying in their signature: Visit my forum!

I think for most sites you have to be 13+ to create your own page.

Most the people here who are under 13 and have sites, mainly on invisionfree aren't allowed to have them, but they created them anyway.
