i am not taking time to go to the store because i have 2 many things to go to and i just cant make it. and i tried reseting it and it didnt work!!!! AND i just replaced mi battery 5 days ago. i hate this!!!! thanks for the help though

Check to see if the lights are turned off, try turning them on. Maybe that will fix the problem.
