i just got my new tamagotchi the egg came up and this is also my first 1 and but it not hatching what did i do or what do i have to do?

you have to wait one minute.. if nothing hatches than press restart at the back of your tama..

Well, you have to get a pencil and poke it in the hole in the back of the tamagotchi and then press restart if it doesn't hatch in a minute

When you first start it up, you have to set the time before it will hatch. If you don't set it, the egg will just stay there forever. Make sure your time is set.

I don't think you wait 1 minute, i think you have to wait 1 hour, and then your egg will hatch

no, you wait 5 minutes, and as psyhcotama said, firt set the time and date.
