i was just playing normally whaen this random guy popped up and gave me something. i dont know what it was so please help

this guy popped up and gave me mail. then i clicked the mail icon and i got something.

That's normal! It's just that you got mail is all! Absoulutly nothing to worry about!

You will get mail from time to time as a random event. The item your tamgotchi received will either be good or bad. Bad ones tend to suck out your happy hearts... or at least that is what has happened to me.
