Help with Angelgotchi japanese

First of all, does any one know how to produce a L sound or a F SOUND/ PH SOUND? I have looked at the jp letter chart but there doesn't seem to be any, any one know how you make the sound?

Are there any other difficulties and how d you set the time?

Not every sound is produced in every language. Ther is no L in Japanese. No F type sounds either. Well, there is fu ふ Why do you need them?

Just the same for english, we don't make sounds other languages do.

So, what does this have to do with Japanese Angelgotchi?
