help with my new V3

I have finally gotten a V3!It's blue camoflauge and her name is Daisy but I have one problem-The passwords always say error and i do them excactly as the computer says they are.I need help!

The thing you need to do is put in your username,not your pets name,that might be the problem.Same thing happened to me.It only gives you the souvineirs though.
