Help with the old timers!

I have a question. If you always rejected no to the matchmaker a lot of times, it would turn into a timer. Is it true?

Also, if you had a old timer, how would the old timer get married?

How long can you keep rejecting the matchmaker before your tama grows so old that it dies?

people say 11 days old. i never got one the max my tam lived was 9 days. i always have babys early.
