Ok well my tama was 3 or 2 and it evolved yesterday.And I started my tama at 10am 4 days ago and today it is 3pm and it is 2

I don't get the time part. Do you mean that it evolved around 2pm yesterday? Well if it was 2 or 3 it is normal on a v4. It usually evolves around that age if you don't pause it for long periods of time. I hope I helped.

sorry YESTERDAY my tama was 2 or 3 and it evolved into a mimitchi at 10AM and i originaly started my tama at 10AM and now it is 3PM NOW and my tama is 2
