HELP!

I was chatting on tamatalk and I picked up my tama.I wanted to play a game but the buttons did not work and my tama wasnt moveing.I think its frozen!!HELP!!!!!!!!

First check its stats.

Are all the Happy & Hungry hearts full?

Tamas won't play games if they are below their minimum weight.

Try feeding your tama a couple of snacks and see if it will play a game.

i agree with tama mum, feed it 1 or 2 snacks and im garaunteed it will play a game with you. if it doesnt then maybe its a glitch.

Tamas lose weight each time you play a game

If - as you say - you just played a game, then you may have brought it down to its minimum weight level... so, as so many helpful members have suggested, try feeding it a snack if - as you say - you want to play another game...

If the buttons don't work and the tama is not moving then the best thing to try is RESET button (at the back) and then choose DOWNLOAD from the options. That is kind of like a re-boot for a tama
