My tamagotchi is not working at all and it isent the battery! Can someone help me? Please.

what is wrong? if you used the ball glitch, then the screen froze. If it got into water, then it is broken. If you left it in the sun, then the screen is damaged. what happened?

Please describe what your tamagotchi's screen looks like. Is it blank? Is it completely black?
