ok so today i got a new battery for my V4. i went to connect with my sisters V4, and mine said fail. we were doing a game. and than we tried a visit they both did not work. we were not in the light so that had nothing to do with it. HELP

Do you mean when you tried to connect with your sister's tamagotchi, 1 tamagotchi played a game and the other one didnt?
