HELP!

I'm worried because my training points haven't gone up at all. Does anyone know a way for them to increase quickly? Is there a game or food that might make the process of the points going up faster?

Please reply I am desperately in need of answers.

Play games with it! The further you progress into the game without losing, the more training points your Tamagotchi will have!
