If it can't seem to pass, that's because it's not skilled enough and needs more time to practice. Try building up its skill points and have it practice its instrument before the next audition.

Have you trained a lot with your band? That should help.

When its a teen,practice a ton,and then you will build up your bond with the band and that should get you through!
