On your keyboard, there is a button called Print Scr. Just press that. Then go into a paint program. (Paint is usually installed on Windows computers) There, go to Edit and click paste. Then if you want to draw a circle around your tabs, just select the paint tool and draw one.

If you have windows vista, like me, then you type a program called "Snipping Tool" in search. Then you try and crop the whole page.

It will open up in another window, then you can do whatever you want to the picture using Paint.
