HELP!

HELP! My sister had her tamagotchi and she showed it to me and there was black lines on it. You can't see the tamagotchi or the icons. When you press the buttons it makes sounds but doesen't show anything. It's just a blank screen with lines on it. HELP!

that happend to me once. you have to press the reset button. if that doesnt work, you might have to chane the battery.
