Help I cant get grandparent for tamatown and im on my 4g!!!

no i mean I only have parent and when I type the password in grandparent it says incorect password but in parent it works please help

There is a number in the corner. Go to two and find the code and put it in. If that dosen't work then you might have put in the wrong username or code.

I'm not quite sure so this might be incorrect but try it anyway, when you click on Family in your tama you'll veiw the Parent, and try to pres A and you'll hopefully get to your Grandparents. But this is just a guess because I haven't grandparents yet.
