Relax, it will take some time people to answer..
You can change it on Settings > Edit Avatar. There you can download an avatar from your computer or select one from TamaTalk's avatar gallery. The settings menu can be found on top right corner of the site.
By the way you have currently a Mimitchi as an avatar, not a big blank.
