HELP!

Something is wrong with my V3. It has nothing on the screen, has been making the sound made when u press the "A" button, and no icons are shown! My Tama is only a week old, how could it happen?!?!

Try resetting it? If that dont work get a new battery (Dont buy store brand! I learned that the hard way ) if that dont work then U need a new Tama

I don't know if Toys R Us will allow refunds for a Tama that pretty much is broken.

I heard some stories that there's got refund after it got borken but I am not sure for you but you can still give it a try.

try and get the battery out of the tamagotchi for a few minutes or so and put it back in, if it still doesnt work, get new battery.

If theres nothing on the sceen the pixels have probably faded,have you put it in a hot place for over an hour and a half?i cant explain the noise tho,check your sound wires
