Donating 10,000 points would not give you a password but donating 12,000 points will give you the password.

This happened to me... was your tama sleeping?, if it was then just make it wake up (reset time/ wait) and donate 1 more point (I donated 100 more pts. not thinking) and fireworks should go off and u will see password for Pc yatta yatta yatta.......

That has never happened me so maybe try again with only 5000 got chi points. Hope that helps!
