you can get it by entering that code at the shopkeeper or sometimes the shop sells cakes.

You can't get that cake without entering it as a code- if you enter the code more than once it will cost you 600 points- but it IS NOT a regular shop food that comes into your shop randomly

The only cake you can buy as a normal food is the cup-cake.
