What does the Genie lap do? and can you use it over and over?

The genie lamp will either give you an item, points or will cast a storm cloud over your tamagotchi! You can only use the genie lamp a few times so you need to use it wisely! If you get a storm cloud, your tama will turn very unhappy!

I just used it and it rained on me. :mimitchi:

But another time I had it, it gave me a set of high points. I used it again (I could use it three times after I bought it), and it gave me a lower set of points, and the last time was an even lower set of points. =D
