help!

i just got a brand new tamagotchi v4 and it froze up. the egg appeared (took a breath) then stopped. what happened??? HELP!!!

Ferst try too reset it. If it won't help, just go to the shop which you bought it and change it.

i reset it sooooo many times. i am going to go back in like 30 minutes

Well I have no expirience with a v4, but maybe it is the battery? Its been reported here that some of the v4 come with problems with the battery.
