I'm sorry to bother everyone again! Whenever I enter the "logout" password, I get the points, but for some reason the items don't come! Could someone help me?

Thats what happened to me except the opposite. I get the items but not the points.

after u clicked yes on "did u enter the correct..." on tamatown, pws 4 items will show up

the 1 who got no points must have entered wrong logout-pw

just wait dnt rush to close the window wait for the part that says item passwords then you goto passwords on the games/activities icon and it shows password enter the password from tamatown
