when does the matchmaker come?

cause my adult is 4 years old and I want it to have a baby already! ps I have a v4

I tried changing the time to one of the suggested times the nmatchmaker comes but she didnt come!!

your tam is too young. you must wait. but, she does come at the 'suggested times.'
