Well,

The job you get depends on your Tamagotchi's "skill points". If you don't have that many your more likely not to get a job, and if you have a lot of "skill points" then you are more likely to get a job.

some jobs depend on specific skill points, for example to be a doctor you need a high pencil skill. It's best to have 50 in each skill though.

You might need more "Skill Points" like everybody else is saying. Try playing more games and do well in them. Then, maybe you can get a job. Hope it helps!
