This character is called Memetchi

You usually get it with above average / good care (like making sure Happy & Hungry hearts are always full, playing plenty of games).

How to get that character depends on which version tama you own.

It's slightly different on the V1 compared to the V4 (for example)

We don't have proven ways to get Memetchi on all the different versions but some growth charts show the child / teen you need to have a chance that it will evolve into a Memetchi.

It definitely works, I've tested it many times and used it to get all the characters I wanted on the V1
