To get the Meme family, raise a family member to a Memetchi with 100% bonds and after 2 days unpaused, go to the dating channel or connect with a friend who has a Mumutchi. Mumutchi looks like Memetchi, but blue and has a top hat. Mate them together, and you should get a Meme family.
