is there like any special code or anything like that to make it positive for me to get a Mametchi?

Mametchi is fairly easy to get. Just be sure you are on an odd generation, then take very good care of the teen. For example, discipline it whenever necessary, and always keep it well fed and happy.

There's also a page somewhere on TamaTalk.com where it shows how to get each chacacter... I'm just too lazy to look it up for you. Sorry. I know it's on here, though.
