How do I get a cheerful,Intellegent,Easy going fam

I want to know how to get diffrent kinds of famillies. I found the evolution chart but I want to know how to get a cheerful familly and what items to get your tamagotchi for this to happen an how to train him.

It's simpel really, whenever your tamagotchi(s) wanna bond, go to disipline and you'll get three choices. The first one helps you get in to the mametchi family, the secound helps you get into the memetchi family, and the last one helps you get into the kupatchi family. (this has been tested).
