how do i get a job interview

Pease will someone please help me my tamagotchi is a adut but when i go to the office it says i need to have had a job interview.How do i get a interview?

24 hours after your Tamagotchi has evolved into an adult you will get a [!] mail, taking you to a job offer. Press A to scroll through the jobs and B to select. Your Tamagotchi will then stand before three judges. If they all show a O, you've got that job! If there is one of more Xs, sorry, you don't get that job.

I'm doing an experiment right now. I'm going to see if I can get my Tamagotchi to have no skill points at all, and I'll NEVER answer any [!] mails.
