How do i get violetchi?

Hi i just got a music star today and i was wondering how do you get a violetchi?

I don't quite know much, but I think characters that play a crucial role (ex: violetchi) need to have extreme care under most circumstances.

I don't own a v6 quite yet, but once I get one, I might figure out more.
