How do I unlock all the Dream Town characters? I have all the ones listed, Mametchi Himespetchi Yumemitchi Kiraritchi Kiramotchi Pianitchi and Julietchi, but there are more characters on this page

You can't those are the only ones

^ Yep those are the only ones for now as a play-able character they might add Memetchi and Kuchipatchi or Allrightchi but right now those are the only play-able characters
