They are sometimes available in the shop in your Tamagotchi. If you don't see any now, check back in about 4-6 hours*. You may not see any for a couple of days, but eventually one will show up. You can use the time to get Gotchi points because you'll need them, since it is expensive.

[* Note: shop restock times are 3:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 12:00 AM (midnight)]

In your shop a mirrow sometimes appears,so i guess you just have to wait.

I think I saw one in the shop once, but then I was out of money,

You can get a mirror in many ways on the V4. Here are two ways: You can connect yourV4 with another V4 and the other V4 can send you a mirror. You can purchase a mirror from the shop, and the mirror on V4 would be (not sale) 4300 GP. (Look here for a V4 Shop List) But, you may not have a mirror in your shop quite a few times! So, set the time to 2:59P.M. (and wait a minute) 6:59 P.M. (and wait a minute) and 11:59 P.M. (wait a minute, the shop should restock at 12:00A.M.) When the shop restocks, the mirror may not be there again! Try again and again untill you see the mirror, or, you give up!

Do not expect a mirror to always be in your shop.
