That should help but I'll just tell you some of my information from experience.
Once your Tamagotchi is an adult when it turns 6 it will be ready to marry.Sometimes,you have to wait 'till your Tamagotchi is 7.Usualy,when your Tamagotchi is 9 or 10 it will evolve into an oldie.The two oldies are Ojitchi for the males and Otokitchi for the females.If you mate the two,That will make Oyajitchi.

Try setting the clock for 2:59 PM, and wait 1 min. The matchmaker should appear at 3:00 PM.
