I tried to figure this out there is no grandparent under family. so does that mean u have to remember ur last tama parent's pasword untill i becomes a grandparent

First you have to have a tama that had a baby. Then you go to the book icon and press family, (parent) and then keep pressing the middle button until you see a password for your PC. Enter that in when you go to tamatown and you will enter the house!
