How do you get a Hanatchi or a Dorotchi

Hi, I would look to know how to get a Hanatchi or a Dorotchi. I need to know how to get it on a V3, not a V2 or a V1. So far I have gotten 2 mametchis, 1 mimitchi, on pyontchi, and one bunbuntchi.

I'm not so sure...

but I did hear someone say that you can get a dorotchi by feeding it sushi as a meal..
