how do you get tamagotchis like himebaratchi or shigurehimetchi

so i'm playing w my mix, but this is the first time ive had a mix, and i dont really know how to get characters i want like the aforementioned. like on the wiki it describes how to attain characters like floweritchi and momotchi based on care mistakes, but what about himebaratchi or shigurehimetchi? are they even playable characters? or are they only characters i can marry?

oh wait....i think shes just an npc who i could marry and get traits from. i think the characters on the wiki are the only characters i can play as
