How Do You Get To Your Grandparents House

Well, I tried to get to my grandparents house on tamatown and I used my parents password but it never worked and I don't know how to get the password. Could someone help me here.

You have to use the grandparents password to get into the grandparents house. The parents password works only for the parents house. You can get the grandparents password in the same place on your Tamagotchi toy as you got the parents password. You have to be on third generation or higher, to have a grandparent (and thus, be able to get a grandparents password.)
