how do you play the games jump and bump?

I think shows in in the instruction sheet when you get a brand knew tama

When You play jump you press the middle button right when the third circle turns black.
To play bump you wait until your tama looks at you 3 times, then press the middle button, the word push will appear and then a black bar going up and down will apear, press the middle button again to select the power level the higher the black bar is the better!
to make this game easier i keep continuisly pressing the middle button realy fast until the power level is selected, I usualy get a high power level this way!
