How do you turn the sound off on this thing!?!

How do you turn the sound off on a digimon mini? I wanna wear it as a necklace to watch over it, but it will be quite awkward when I am somewhere and all of a sudden I go, "BBBEEEEEEEEEP" as it died or something.
