You use items when your tamagotchi is an adult. Then you go to the games icon then click on items and then pick the item you want to use. Hope I helped.

You can use some items when your tam is not an adult, like balls, but you can`t use balls when you are an adult. Just scroll through your items and try to use each one. It will beep if you can`t, but you can with some!
