this doesn't belong in the ancestors section... but which version are you talking about? usually on the v4/v4.5 once you've reached second gen. you click the parents house and thats it. or on the v3 your v3 itself gives you the password to enter when you click on the parents house.

I'm having trouble with this also, I have a V3 and when I go to family and click parent (on the tama) it won't let me see her, but I know I should have that?
