how do you walk up stairs?

I sometime skip stairs when I'm going down stairs.

But, in general, run up stairs, one foot on one, then the other foot goes to the next step. AKA, the second option on this poll.

All fours half the timw. Exept for the time I thought it would be fun to ride down the stairs in a sleeping bag. That hurt and I crashed into the door. My back was really messed up.
