How long does the parents stay?

I was wondering, when does the parents leave the baby? I heard that they stay for the whole day, you see, I have 8 other tamas', but, heh, I've only gotten one of them to be a new generation. My music star had a baby, and the parents are still there. Thanks!

The parent stays for one night, and at the second mid-night, the parent leaves.

it only stays for one night then if you leave it on during the night it leaves trust me my v6 bleeped in the middle of the night and i woke up to find that my mimichi kirby left her baby kabi so it sstays about 1 night

On Tamgotchi V1, 2, 3, 4, 4.5, 5, and 6 it stays one day. On the TMGC+C.....it will stay for aroun5 minutes playing with the newborn. One the baby falls asleep, it will leave. I don't know anything about the Hexagontchi, or any other extremely new ones, srry. :furawatchi:
