How many times does the matchmaker come?

I told the matchmaker to leave 'cause she found me a butt-ugly mate. So uh... is she gonna come back? I think I made a mistake. Please let me know.

She will come as many times as you want her to until syour Tama becomes an old character. To see different mates that you can get set the time to 18:59 and wait for a minute.

That's what I did, so I can confirm it. I mated and have a new baby now... it's the fat one that looks like a chocolate thing.
