haha..yea..it was hard..but what i did was i brought my key...and sliced the plastic part closest to the toy..n pulled it open enough to take the tamagotchi out..i left the manual in there (dunno why..) and i hid the empty package under one of the pillows in the pillow section..hahaha..clean huh..no cameras caught me too..its easy if you think about it..
